Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Systems Analyst to support the installation, configuration, training, and troubleshooting of network-connected multifunction devices and related software solutions. This role combines desktop and network support, hands-on printer installation, customer training, and technical partnership with sales and client IT teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, comfortable supporting customers by phone and in person, and able to travel to customer locations throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide pre-sales technical support and perform network installations for Epson, HP, Kyocera, and Xerox multifunction devices and software solutions.
· Install print drivers and configure functions such as scan-to-email and scan-to-network-folder.
· Deliver customer training on multifunction devices, print workflows, and related software.
· Troubleshoot customer networks and connected devices onsite and remotely.
· Support account managers throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, analysis, presentations, demonstrations, and implementation.
· Partner with customer IT teams to improve device performance and optimize document workflows.
· Provide responsive technical assistance by phone and in person while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
· Identify opportunities for additional solutions and value-added services.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
· Experience in network support, network administration, desktop support, PC support, or a related technical role.
· Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network-connected printers or multifunction devices.
· Working knowledge of networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support users by phone and in person.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in customer environments.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Fiery print production environments.
· Computer repair or hardware support experience.
· Relevant networking or IT certifications.
· Experience supporting office technology solutions during customer demonstrations or implementations.

Travel and Service Area
* This position is based in Frederick, Maryland and requires regular travel to customer locations. The service area includes portions of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C., including Frederick, Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, Washington, Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Adams, Franklin, Cumberland, Fulton, and York counties or surrounding areas.
