Product Administrator

Are you looking for a challenge and career growth while working with the Architecture Team at a top U.S. Home builder? NVR – the parent company of Ryan Homes, NV Homes, and Heartland Homes – is searching for a Product Administrator to be integral to our Architectural Services Team, which emphasizes collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting company-wide product, part, and option information within NVR systems.

This position partners with Procurement, Accounting, Homebuilding, and Architectural Services teams to ensure products are accurately created, programmed, maintained, and retired while supporting ongoing system and product initiatives.

• Create and maintain product, part, and option data within company systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product setup, pricing, and implementation.
• Manage product reporting, issue resolution, and lifecycle activities.
• Complete programming projects to keep products updated.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders and the Architectural Services team as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with data, reports, or business systems.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• This position pays $55,000-$65,000 per year.
