Our Partner is seeking a System Administrator to operate and maintain internal and customer environments including Linux servers, virtual machines, shared storage, identity services, and network infrastructure. This role supports unclassified user VMs and shared storage environments, including classified and unclassified systems.
Responsibilities- Administer Oracle Linux 8, 9, and 10 systems, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Manage unclassified user VMs in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM)
- Maintain Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance (ZS11-2) shared storage for TS and unclassified environments
- Support FreeIPA identity and DNS services for the unclassified environment
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and Cisco IOS-XE devices in coordination with network teams
- Assess Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), track remediation, and support IAVM management
- Document configurations, maintenance procedures, incidents, and system changes
