Field Services Supervisor - Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM)

Responsibilities

Responsible for successfully delivering and fulfilling Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services to our clients, including scheduled and on‑call general maintenance visits, time and materials (T&M) projects and fixed‑price proposal work; developing and fostering relationships with customers and referral sources; communicating and collaborating with members of management and staff within Morgan‑Keller Construction; providing guidance, mentoring and training support to our field service team members;

complying with and supporting M‑K safety culture and related policies and practices; supporting and adhering to all company core values and operating and regulatory compliance‑focused policies and practices; accurately documenting and maintaining information and presenting reports, as requested.

Essential Duties
  • Ensures personal actions, and indirect oversight and leadership activities, support and adhere to the M‑K safety culture and related safety policies and practices.
  • Performs and oversees a variety of duties to deliver and fulfill scheduled and on‑call general maintenance visits for CFM clients.
  • Supervises the on‑site aspects of T&M projects and/or assigned fixed‑price construction projects to support the fulfillment of the projects as designed, on time and within budget by performing a variety of duties.
  • Properly utilizes, maintains and oversees the use of company vehicles, tools and equipment; reports issues to appropriate team members.
  • Reviews all work for compliance with all federal, state, city and county codes, regulations and other matters.
  • Aggressively pursues opportunities to foster and grow relationships with current customers and referral sources and position the company for future sales.
  • Proactively, professionally and with a team‑focused attitude collaborates and communicates with members of management and team members throughout the company, in order to integrate activities and achieve goals for the acquisition, retention and growth of client relationships and toward meeting the growth and profitability objectives for the company.
  • Fulfills all requirements relating to maintaining accurate, complete and organized records; provides a wide variety of reports to appropriate parties, as requested and required.
  • Provides mentoring and training support to CFM field team members, including competency development, professionalism and career development, as appropriate.
  • Supports and, as appropriate, actively participates in industry and commercial maintenance groups and events, in order to project a positive image of the company.
  • Complies with established company operating policies and procedures in order to maintain adequate controls and to support the adherence to outside regulatory requirements.
  • Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
  • Responds to inquiries or requests relating to his/her particular area within given time frames and within established policy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient reading, writing, grammar and analytical skills; functional visioning, planning and forecasting abilities; proficient work management, leadership and coaching abilities; intimate knowledge and understanding of commercial facilities services project supervision and oversight and the relationship between effective field servicing processes and project profitability; an entrepreneurial drive and inclination toward growing customer and referral network relationships; proficient computer skills and the demonstrated ability to use project management software applications;
