Frederick Health is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join the Surgical Specialists team, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and strategic planning to align with the organization’s mission and goals.
Reports to the Operations Director and works closely with the Medical Director to ensure high quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development within a compliant, patient-centered environment.
