CGMP Cleanroom Technician; Overnight

$27.00/hr - $29.34/hr

Overnight Shift
: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 5 days/week (one weekend day required weekly)

First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented cGMP Cleaner to support operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cleanroom standards, supporting compliance, and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory and quality requirements.

This is a hands-on, overnight position that involves cleanroom sanitation, gowning support, inventory management, and documentation in a highly controlled environment.

• Perform sanitary cleaning activities according to established procedures and supervisor direction
• Support sterile and non-sterile gowning operations, including stocking, staging, and FIFO rotation of garments
• Maintain accurate and complete cleaning and compliance records
• Complete all required training per company SOPs, procedures, and policies
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to prevent depletion
• Review and sign off on documentation as required
• Support other departments as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Support and uphold a strong quality and compliance culture

• High school diploma with 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or operations
• OR
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Prior experience working in regulated or cleanroom environments is a plus

• Ability to wear full cleanroom gowning and PPE, including gloves, goggles, face shields, and protective garments
• Ability to wear a respirator when working with certain cleaning chemicals
  
  Ability to work within ISO-classified cleanroom environments
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
• Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift (up to 80%)

• 75% cleaning and sanitation
• 15% documentation and record-keeping
• 10% other operational support duties
