Overnight Shift
: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 5 days/week (one weekend day required weekly)
Training Schedule

First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented cGMP Cleaner to support operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cleanroom standards, supporting compliance, and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory and quality requirements.
This is a hands-on, overnight position that involves cleanroom sanitation, gowning support, inventory management, and documentation in a highly controlled environment.
Responsibilities- Perform sanitary cleaning activities according to established procedures and supervisor direction
- Support sterile and non-sterile gowning operations, including stocking, staging, and FIFO rotation of garments
- Maintain accurate and complete cleaning and compliance records
- Complete all required training per company SOPs, procedures, and policies
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to prevent depletion
- Review and sign off on documentation as required
- Support other departments as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Support and uphold a strong quality and compliance culture
- High school diploma with 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or operations
- OR
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Prior experience working in regulated or cleanroom environments is a plus
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to wear full cleanroom gowning and PPE, including gloves, goggles, face shields, and protective garments
- Ability to wear a respirator when working with certain cleaning chemicals
Ability to work within ISO-classified cleanroom environments - Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift (up to 80%)
- 75% cleaning and sanitation
- 15% documentation and record-keeping
- 10% other operational support duties
- Opportunity to work in a highly regulated, mission-driven manufacturing environment

- Stable overnight schedule with defined responsibilities
- Valuable exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance standards
