Manufacturing Technician

6:00 am to 4:30 pm (Day Shift), Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat

3:00 pm to 1:30 am (Swing Shift), Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat

Seeking a highly motivated Cell Therapy Technician to join their newly established Cell Therapy Manufacturing team at a state-of-the-art commercial facility in Frederick, MD.

This role is ideal for candidates with cGMP manufacturing experience who are passionate about making a direct impact on patients’ lives through innovative cell therapy products.

• Execute and/or verify manufacturing tasks in accordance with batch records and SOPs
• Operate, clean, prepare, and monitor automated cell processing, expansion, and filling equipment
• Perform work in Grade B/C cleanroom environments using required PPE and gowning
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and communicate findings to management
• Maintain compliance with cGMP requirements through ongoing training
• Support investigations, deviations, and change controls
• Identify opportunities for manufacturing efficiency and compliance improvements
• Ability to wear a respirator during use of certain cleaning chemicals

• High School Diploma + 1+ year of related experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree + 0+ years of related experience
• Prior experience in cGMP manufacturing preferred
