Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers

Job Description

Responsibilities    Maintain production schedules 48 hours ahead of deadlines.​

Perform detailed product inspections, verifying SKU, LOT, and quantities.​

Handle and process temperature-sensitive materials in accordance with SOPs.​

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.​

Satisfactorily complete Thermo Fisher Scientific training requirements on time and operate within all ISO, GMP, and FDA standards pertaining to Frederick Site Manufacturing Operations.​

Address and troubleshoot issues with a focus on accuracy and detail.​

Ensure strong attendance and punctuality.​

May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet production schedules.​

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.​

Basic digital literacy such as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to support the operation in its daily functions.

Education and Experience

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent education.
1+ year experience in cGMP environment

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $16.78–$22.96.
