Location: Frederick, MD
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sorters to join a fast-paced production team in Frederick, MD. This position involves sorting, inspecting, organizing, and preparing envelopes for the next stage of production or shipment.
Available Shifts 1st Shift- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 7:00 AM–5:45 PM
- $15.50 per hour
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 6:00 PM–4:45 AM
- $16.50 per hour
Overtime opportunities are available for both shifts based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Sort and organize envelopes according to assigned categories or production requirements
- Inspect envelopes for damage, defects, or printing errors
- Count, stack, bundle, and prepare completed materials
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily production goals
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
- Complete other production-related duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work the full assigned schedule, including overtime when accepted
- Previous warehouse, sorting, mailroom, or production experience is helpful but not required
