The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $97,082-$131,104 per year. The actual hiring rate depends on factors such as experience, education, responsibilities, location, and performance.

Job Profile Summary

Coordinates nursing activities and patient care within budget, adhering to standards and regulations. Supervises nursing staff providing professional care, recognizing physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects. Supports US Oncology Compliance, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Oversight:
    Oversees clinical operations, maintains nursing files, ensures licensing compliance, reviews policies.
  • Staffing:
    Maintains adequate staffing, participates in hiring, performs staff tasks, manages schedules and labor laws.
  • Practice Operations:
    Monitors patient satisfaction, manages charge codes, develops new services.
  • Staff Development:
    Implements training, assists in evaluations, mentors nurses, performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN/MSN preferred.
  • RN license and current registration.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Minimum five years RN experience, including 3+ years in oncology.
  • Leadership experience and oncology certification preferred.
  • Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with exposure to healthcare hazards.
  • Physical demands include computer work, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, walking.
