, is a well-respected private pediatric practice in beautiful, historic Frederick, MD.
We are seeking experienced, full or part time pediatric nurse practitioner to join our team, a blend of physicians and pediatric nurse practitioners across 5 locations in Frederick County. Frederick is a family-oriented community in a growing area with easy access to DC/Baltimore.
The average length of employment for our staff is 10 years
. We pride ourselves on not only taking care of patients but taking care of one another and we respect that everyone needs a healthy work-life balance.
- A full-time schedule is 4 days per week total with rotation through one evening shift on Monday and 1 Saturday shift per month.
- Will also consider part-time which will include sharing coverage for Saturday shifts.
- You will see an average of 18-22 patients per day.
- No call or hospital responsibilities
. We are open on holidays and coverage is shared among all providers. - Triage nurses on staff act as liaisons communicating with our families. You will not have a voicemail or patient messages to check.
