Job Description
The ICU Registered Nurse provides compassionate and specialized care to critical patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients with critical illnesses or injuries.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Perform advanced nursing procedures such as IV therapy, blood product administration, and ventilator management.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Meditech charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current ICU experience.

• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.

• MD/Compact nursing license in hand.
