Are you an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN ready to join a respected regional healthcare leader? We're partnering with a leading 495-bed medical center in the Shenandoah Valley region to hire a full-time, permanent night-shift Registered Nurse. This facility is the only Level II Trauma Center in its area and offers a supportive environment with centers of excellence in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, and more.

- Provide direct patient care on a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit during night shifts
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
- Administer and record prescribed medications
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain and update patient electronic health records (EHR)
- Contribute to patient education and quality improvement initiatives
This position is based in the Frederick, MD metro area - a charming, historic city less than 1.5 hours from both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. Job Requirements
- Active RN license (or eligibility)
- Previous Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Specialty certification and/or charge nurse experience a plus
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
