Overview

CARE Veterinary Center is seeking a full-time experienced Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team.

Our Veterinary Client Service Representatives answer and triage phone calls from clients, schedule appointments and procedures, check in clients, monitor flow, manage record requests, process payment transactions, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and triage phone calls from clients
  • Schedule appointments and procedures
  • Check in clients and monitor flow
  • Manage record requests
  • Process payment transactions
  • Provide other related client service duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative
  • Compassion for both animal patients and their owners
  • Motivated team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with doctors, customers, and staff
  • Desire and passion to learn every day
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $18–$22/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
