Position Summary

CARE Veterinary Center is seeking a full‑time, experienced Swing‑shift Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. The role includes answering and triaging phone calls from clients, scheduling appointments and procedures, checking in clients, monitoring flow, managing record requests, processing payment transactions, and more.
