- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the inspection team.
- Lead and coach inspectors: train and mentor, monitor performance, and develop capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO
9001/AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards and legal/safety requirements. - Manage inspection records and metrics: document deviations, corrective actions and maintain accurate traceability.
- Handle nonconforming material promptly and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions with Quality Engineering.
- Produce weekly inspection reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities to support decision‑making.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams, including production and engineering, to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality performance.
