Overview

Base pay range: $26.23/yr - $27.23/yr. Store Manager: $26.23 - $27.23/hr + bonus (potential earnings over $100K/year). Assistant Manager: $23 - 24/hr + bonus (potential earnings over $75K/year). Panda Express provides a progressive compensation package and bonus opportunities. Actual pay is based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for specifics.

• Lead a 1–2 million dollar business and oversee the development of the restaurant team.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure profitable operations.
• Participate in and apply the 6+ week Store Leadership Training Program to build leadership capabilities.

• Kitchen Management: ensure food safety, manage inventory, and prepare entrees to high standards.

Job Requirements (Restaurant Manager Qualifications):

• Minimum one year of Operations experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• Must pass cooking test annually.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
