We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping them with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist members with loading their vehicles, supporting a great member experience, and working constantly on your feet regardless of weather conditions.

• Ensure a well-kept parking lot and provide carts to members.
• Help load vehicles and assist members with their purchases.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member‑ready.
• Stand for long periods, efficiently assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Act as a problem solver, tackling obstacles head‑on to ensure tasks are completed with excellence.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners.
