• Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assisting with account decisions, building membership levels, encouraging renewals, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides customer service by acknowledging and identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains the car wash/gas station area, cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Ensures the gas station/car wash area complies with company policies, handles claims and returns, zones, arranges and organizes merchandise supplies, identifies shrink and damages, and maintains a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise supplies from distribution centers, organizes the facility according to company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises, and completes required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Operates equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases, following appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold, and maintains gas station/car wash area equipment to provide products and services per company policies.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
