The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our myTime mobile scheduling app).

When you choose to pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required. If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you or fail to work at least one shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts after orientation and training.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you perform daily tasks and assist with needs.
• Engage with guests to solve issues and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services.
• Handle checkout processes, scanning, bagging, and ensuring compliance with safety and store policies.
• Provide information about current brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs; direct guests to enroll and use fulfillment services.
• Explain how to use Target Wallet and other app features.
• Assist with returns and follow register prompts, escalating to leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per policies and procedures.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and participate in safety practices.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up orders, including compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist with cash office processes as required, including cash systems management.
• All other duties based on business needs.
