• Welcome customers and answer questions with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating, managing, and stocking merchandise.
• Replenish shelves, process orders, and facilitate timely deliveries.
• Cross‑train in other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology.
• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and handle job duties for extended periods.
• Minimum lifting: 25 lbs unassisted, 25+ lbs with accommodation.

• Retail or customer‑service experience.
• Bi‑lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing).

Occasional travel may be required for training or support of neighboring stores.

Work environments include indoor and outdoor settings; exposure to varying weather and noise levels is possible. Lifting guidelines are followed to maintain safety.
