Business Development Manager

Due to a constant growth, PQE is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Rockville, MD.

The BD Manager will report directly to the Business Development Director and will be in charge of managing the entire sales lifecycle of new and existing customers:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Increase sales by actively seeking new customers (cold calls);
• Conducting business negotiations with customers;
• Preparation of commercial offers;
• Preparation and approval of contracts;
• Acceptance orders;
• Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers;
• Business correspondence with company clients;
• Participation to fairs and events;
• Managing Internal CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management or similar field;
• Nice to have: 6 months' experience;
• Nice to have:
  Service selling experience
• Nice to have:
  Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry
• Excellent use of office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio);
• Availability to travel;
• Business Development mentality:
  Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, influencer, self-starter, people person, eager, enthusiasm, result orientated and team player casual person, Able to work under pressure and stay resilient.
