Role Description
The Inside Sales Representative serves as a primary point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound sales inquiries. This role requires a strong understanding of Crownstone’s products and services, the ability to identify customer needs, and the skill to recommend appropriate solutions. Success in this role is driven by customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
