• Average Salary: $55‑65,000 per year

• Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers about wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value offered to all customers.
• Conduct proactive calls to customers who are seeking to learn more about our products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals, meeting retail sales milestones.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community give‑back through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, high energy, and equal participation and contribution.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Travel about 10% of the time, based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
