Rental Sales Associate

Beltway Companies is searching for a Full-Time Rental Sales Associate to join our team!
Pay Range of $50,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.

• Help develop new rental business through outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
• Assist customers with rental inquiries and match them with the appropriate heavy‑duty truck solutions
• Prepare and process rental agreements, documentation, and related paperwork
• Maintain upto‑date knowledge of available rental inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure unit readiness
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records and support rental reporting as needed

• Recommended minimum 1 year of relevant Sales Experience and Customer Relationship Management
• A valid driver's license is required for this position
• Knowledge of heavy‑duty trucks or automotive/trucking industry is a plus
• Proficiency with computers, rental software, and basic office applications
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Self‑motivation to continuously develop new leads and business partners
