This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Area Manager based in Frederick, MD. The Area Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with sales targets and company objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Regular coordination with internal teams and clients will be essential to driving results and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Strong sales and marketing expertise, with knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, market trends, and developing strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and clients
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, effectively managing tasks both on‑site and remotely
- Experience in the food service or distribution industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
