Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

This role will be for a new location set to open at the end of December.

It has a projected start date is end of October, subject to change based on construction of the site.

As an Assistant Site Manager, your primary mission is to drive membership sales while ensuring smooth operations. You’ll be a hands‑on leader—
closing sales at the pay station, coaching your team to upsell, and optimizing labor efficiency

• Proactively promote and sell car wash memberships
  —you’ll be the face of our sales efforts at the pay station.
• Train and empower your team toupsell memberships and services(commissions rewarded!).
• Monitor sales metrics, identify opportunities, and bring ideas to your manager toboost conversion rates.
• Lead by example:
  Your ability to sell directly impacts your bonuses and team success.
• Operations & Team Management
  • Step into any role (pay station, tunnel, etc.) to support your team andmodel sales best practices.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring labor efficiency and workflow smoothness.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly—
    turning complaints into sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to team members and assist with performance reviews with a focus on sales targets and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
