Job Description: Williams Electric, a division of RW Warner, in Frederick, MD, is growing and searching for Electricians. Electricians will install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixturesInstalls electrical conduitEnsures conduit installation complies with electrical codesInstalls circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to themTests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operationInspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are neededReplaces conduit and wiring as neededReplaces circuit breakers as neededPerforms other related duties as neededRequired Skills/Abilities:
Maryland journeyman license preferredAbility to read blueprintsExtensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiringAbility to use hand tools and power toolsProficient in the use of test metersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong technical aptitude with advanced skills in electrical workAbility to read architectural, structural, and mechanical construction plansAttention to detail to follow instructions and delegate from plans and supervisorsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlinesMust be a self-motivator and team participantExcellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with stakeholdersTarget Pay Range: $27-$38 per hour, negotiable based on experience
