Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years of actual, practical working experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair in the service industry.

Position Requires:

• Working as a senior technician for a heating and air conditioning company.
• Must possess a MD HVAC Journeyman's License.
• The capability to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC parts/equipment.
• Build and maintain rapport with existing and new customers.
• Provide education and repair options to customers.
• Actively participate in trainings, department meetings, and company meetings.
• Possess leadership skills such as servitude, humility, competency, dependability, and self-management.
• Able to fulfill policies and set goals (revenue).
• Work cohesively with office personnel.
• A good attitude.

WHAT WE DO: We provide all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geothermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Customer service to us means caring enough to present options for each home and family.

JOB DUTIES:

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems.
• Effectively recommend service and repair options.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job.
• Ensure company vehicle is always clean inside and out.
