- Perform rack installations of customer communication systems, including RF components, coax, connectors, grounding hardware, cable supports, splitters, fiber optic cables, CAT6 cabling, power distribution components, and other communication subassemblies.
- Read, interpret, and follow system wiring diagrams, routing drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and configuration documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Route, label, terminate, and secure all cable connections (RF, data, fiber, power, grounding) according to project specifications and applicable government/industry standards.
- Follow company, customer-specific, and industry standard installation procedures.
- Use hand and power tools such as crimpers, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, digital multimeters, label makers, laptops, and material handling equipment.
- Maintain organized workstations and apply LEAN practices into daily work including Kaizen Events, A3 Documentation, 5S practices, One Piece Flow and others.
- Complete required documentation, including as-built records, cable logs, quality checklists, and configuration control updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
