HVAC Service Technician

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to be the hero our clients need by diagnosing, replacing, and repairing their residential heating and cooling systems in Frederick and surrounding areas. To assist you in these heroic tasks, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training
. The typical schedule for this HVAC Technician position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.

We pay our Residential HVAC Service Technicians a competitive salary of $70,000-$120,000/year
, including commission and bonuses. Plus, we pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. • HVAC Technician experience
• Maryland HVAC license
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
• When on-call, the ability to spring into action for an after-hours emergency as soon as you are signaled
