Warner Mechanical Plumbersthrivewhentheyhaveasenseofurgencyandapproachcomplexsituationswithpositivity .Theseindividualswillexcelatcommunicationandbeeagertorepresentourcompanywiththehighestlevelofintegrity.
Theywillconfigure,install,fitandmaintainvariouspipingsystems,andensuresmoothoperationofthesesystems.
Thepayrangeforthispositionis $25-$44perhourandwillbedeterminedbasedonaskillassessmentandexperience.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Plans,prepares,installs,andmaintainspipingandplumbingsystemscomposedofvariousmaterials;systemsmayincludepipes,pressureandvacuumgauges,pipeline filters,steam traps,andstrainervalves.
- Understandingofplumbingandmechanicalsystemdesignsanddiagrams.
- Refertoblueprintsandschematicstoinstallnewsystemsandtotroubleshoot,maintain,andrepairexistingequipment.
- Assemblesfittingsandvalvesforinstallation.
- Installpipesandfixturesperregulation.
- Modifylengthofpipes,fixtures,andotherplumbingmaterialsasneededforprojects.
- Usehandtoolsasnecessary.
- Testplumbingsystemsforleaksandotherproblems.
Reportorresolveproblemsasnecessary. - Abletoworkinateamsettingandworkindependently,efficiently,andsafely.
- Minimum3yearsofcommercialplumbingexperience
- Experienceworkingonnewcommercialmechanicalconstructionprojectspreferred.
- Threadpipeandworkwithsteelpipe.
- Abilitytoworkfromdrawings,understandingofhowplumbingsystemswork.
- Abilitytoworkinconfinedspacesandanyweathercondition.
- Excellentorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.
- Attentiontodetailtofollowinstructionsand/ordirectionfromplans,and supervisors.
- Excellentverbalandwrittenskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandsafely.
- Shopfabricationand/orfieldinstallationwork.
- Exposuretovaryingtemperatures,noise,dust,andjobsiteconditions.
