Samuel Construction Group is seeking an experienced and dependable tradesman to handle residential renovation and repair projects throughout Frederick County and surrounding areas
. Work may be scheduled in advance or available on an on-call basis
, depending on project needs.

• Complete residential renovation projects independently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers
• Perform quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines
• Coordinate material needs and jobsite organization
• Follow company standards and safety requirements
• Provide daily progress updates and project photos

• Must live in Frederick County or surrounding areas
• 6+ years of home renovation experience
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Drywall installation and finishing
• Framing and carpentry
• Painting
• Flooring installation
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical work
• General handyman services
