No automatic pool cover experience required! At Cover Safe, we're looking for mechanically skilled individuals ready to take their experience into a new industry. If you have a background in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, mechanical installation, or another hands-on trade, we want to talk to you!
Our Fast Track Technician Program provides 100% PAID, hands-on training, competitive earnings, and a clear path for career advancement!
$57,500.00-$67,500.00 annual starting pay PLUS overtime, commissions, and performance incentives!
- Earning potential exceeding $85,000/year for top performers!
- Two scheduled pay increases of $2,500.00 during our Fast Track Training Program, increasing your hourly wages as you complete training milestones.
- Year-round, full-time employment with consistent earnings (40 hours per week Minimum - NO LAYOFFS)
- Paid overtime, commissions, and performance incentives to maximize your income
