Job Details- Extensive hands-on experience in commercial sheet metal installation, preferably as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and at or under budget.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to approximately 12 foremen.
- Help oversee field operations involving approximately 45 installers.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Must possess exceptional technical knowledge of the sheet metal trade and the ability to earn the respect of experienced field personnel.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
