Data Center Controls Automation Specialist - BAS​/SCADA​/EPMS

• $75k (junior) - 140k (senior) base depending on experience + bonus incentives

This is a hands‑on field role on active data center construction sites. You’ll perform point‑to‑point checkout, I/O verification, and device startup; verify and troubleshoot networks; and support BAS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA integration through commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST). You’ll work on cooling and power systems like CRAH/CRAC units, UPS, and EPMS, and senior specialists will lead crews and mentor junior techs.

• 1+ years of field controls automation, BAS, EPMS, or electrical systems experience
• Knowledge of point‑to‑point checkout, verification, and commissioning
• Experience with data center or other mission‑critical construction projects (for senior‑level roles)

• BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works
• BAS:
  Tridium Niagara N4, Siemens, or other platform experience
• PLC:
  Rockwell Compact Logix, Control Logix, Studio 5000, or other
• SCADA:
  Ignition
• OSHA 10/30 certification
