This position assists with the strategic operations within all areas of the Athletic Department. The role requires effective collaboration with a diverse community and the flexible use of varying approaches to support a multicultural workplace.

• Assist the Facilities & Equipment Supervisor to ensure a safe and clean workout environment through constant circulation of the Athletics Center facilities.
• Assist with overseeing the use of the Weight Room and Gymnasium.
• Assist in identifying participant exercise risk and concern.
• Clean and sanitize Weight Room equipment.
• Provide appropriate setup of gymnasium equipment, including volleyball and basketball setups.
• Assist with game day duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current FCC student.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to ascend and descend stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races.

• One year of experience working in an athletics environment.
