As a Delivery Driver you will spend the majority of your time on the road, delivering pizza and interacting with customers, while also receiving full training to help out across the store. Domino’s Delivery Drivers start as on‑road roles but many grow into management, general manager, and franchise ownership.

The position offers variety – driving, working in‑store duties, and plenty of opportunities to learn.

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with proof of car insurance
• Safe driving record meeting company standards
• Good navigation skills – able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings
• Positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills

• Operate all delivery equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare pizza products and assist with in‑store duties
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete required paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily

• Accurate math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and give correct monetary change
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication for order processing
• Motor coordination – quick, precise hand movements when preparing pizzas
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen

• Variable weather, working outside for deliveries
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F+ in hot areas
• Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and exposure to hot surfaces up to 500 °F
• Cramped quarters in walk‑in coolers and hot ovens
• Potential hazards from sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Driving: deliver multiple pizzas per shift within the designated area.
• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking: frequent travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Lifting: handle cases up to 50 lbs and stack up to 72” high.
• Carrying: carry pizza trays, beverages, and large cans while walking.
• Pushing/Pulling: move trays on dollies and pull as necessary.
• Climbing/Stairs: occasional navigation of five+ flights of stairs or ladder use for maintenance.
• Reaching, bending, and coordinated hand use required throughout the shift.
