Warehouse Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our Decorative Films team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing decorative film products for shipment, ensuring orders are accurately packed, labeled, and staged for delivery. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, maintains a safe work environment, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

• Package decorative film products according to customer and company specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and damage prior to shipment.
• Apply labels, documentation, and shipping paperwork correctly.
• Prepare finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Build pallets and secure loads for safe transportation.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and material movement activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality and year round transportation.

• Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping software.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic.
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
