Fletco Construction is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Texas-wide construction operations, reporting to the COO. You will mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to deliver projects safely, profitably, and to our quality standards.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills, with travel to active sites across Central and West Texas.
