We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who brings energy, heart, and clinical excellence to everything they do. • Evaluate residents and build individualized, goal-driven therapy plans

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions (think function meets fun)

• Help residents achieve their rehab goals with creativity and heart

• Collaborate with an awesome team of OTs, SLPs, CNAs, and nurses

• Support residents in regaining strength, independence, and confidence

• Document clearly and efficiently (we’ve got your back with systems)

• Educate families and caregivers with compassion and clarity

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active PT license in Texas

• Great communication skills, adaptability, and a warm personality

• A passion for geriatric care (or a willingness to fall in love with it)

• SNF experience is a plus—but not a deal breaker
