Home Instead is hiring Full and Part Time, Weekday, Weekend, and Overnight Caregivers in the Fredericksburg area.

Work close to home — we serve Boerne, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and surrounding areas.
No certifications or previous experience required. Skills training is provided by Home Instead staff.
All of our hiring and scheduling is done in‑house and we answer our own phones 24/7! You will be matched with clients that are a good fit for you and have been personally screened.
Your Responsibilities- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Help with bathing and grooming
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Other duties as assigned
- A heart to serve others
- Experience desirable, but not required
- Driver’s License and Car Insurance (Required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Work Authorization (Required)
- Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect. Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner. Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen. Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and car registration. Must be at least 18 years of age.
