We are seeking an upbeat and positive individual who has worked in a service environment to fill the position of Receptionist/HR Assistant for our Fredericksburg, VA location.
Job Description- Be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system and connecting callers to the appropriate extensions.
- Maintain telephone recording, voicemail greeting, speed dial numbers and voicemail system, updating when necessary.
- Greet visitors, verify identification in order to issue visitor badge and maintain visitor log book.
- Provide clerical assistance to the Human Resources Department, to include data entry in HRIS system for all personnel changes, distribute faxes and incoming mail, assist with company mailers, manage business card orders, as well as scan and file confidential information.
- Pay and manage invoices as related to the Human Resources Department.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager.
- High School Diploma required;
College Degree preferred. - Previous Receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
