Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Detailer to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are self‑motivated and have a keen attention to detail. As part of our team, you will work on‑site as a detailing/reconditioning expert, playing a key role in providing customers with immaculate vehicles. • Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
• Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using a cloth or a buffing machine
• Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris using a vacuum cleaner
• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and devices
• Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain‑resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components
• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime
• Applies special‑purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials that do not respond to standard cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following the product manufacturer's recommendations
• Paints engine components and related parts using a spray gun, aerosol can, and masking material
• Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of the vehicle, using a container of touch‑up paint
• Applies dyes and reconditioning chemicals to vinyl tops of vehicles to restore color and condition

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have clean a driving record
• Be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass a pre‑employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug test
