Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Kaeser Compressors USA

Kaeser Compressors USA, a family‑owned company for more than 100 years, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our Fredericksburg, VA location. The role focuses on customer collections, credit analysis, and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Research and analyze potential customers' credit and set credit limits.
• Set up and maintain customer records.
• Support branch operations regarding customers' accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts – balances and credit lines.
• Communicate with customers to resolve past‑due payments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
• Perform B2B collections.
• Follow all applicable procedures and work instructions related to the Company's quality and environmental system.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, Associate degree required (experience may substitute).
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Computer proficiency, including G-Suite.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

$50,000.00–$55,000.00 per year with profit sharing, 401(k) plan, on‑site exercise facility, free exercise classes, and health & wellness program.
