Campus Worship Director

Lifepoint Church is hiring a Worship Director to cultivate a life-giving, passionate and skillful culture of worship on their campus. They will accomplish this through the spiritual and musical leadership of the Lifepoint Worship Dream Team.

• Experience in leading a worship team/band
• Talented both vocally and in leading others in worship
• Ability to learn an instrument(s) and lead musicians
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and use Ableton Live
• Proficiency in Planning Center Online software
• Degree or certification in ministerial leadership is a plus

• High-level networking and relational strengths.
• Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
• Ability to train and develop teams with an emphasis on team health and growth
• Ability to self-evaluate, as well as receive & respond positively to feedback
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, & high-accountability environment
• Ability to plan in advance as well as adapt quickly to changes

• Recruit and train campus Lifepoint Worship vocal/band team members
• Actively build the team to achieve team health goals
• Care for the Lifepoint Worship Dream Team on the campus
• All full-time employees will carry a “Department Role” within the Worship Department that will be assigned after onboarding. Worship Directors will lead and contribute to a team/area that helps the department accomplish its overall goals (Lifepoint College, Resources, Lifepoint Music, Students)
• Participate in Global Training (“Development”) weekly to grow and develop the team members in their onboarding journey
• All other duties as assigned

• Direct-Line Reports to Campus Pastor
• Dotted-Line Reports to Director of Worship
