The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious, and have excellent communication and organization skills.  Additionally, attention to detail, and a desire to provide excellent service to our customers is a priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Interact with customers by phone, email, or chat to schedule appointments and answer questions
* Create strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and increasing brand visibility through insightful interactions
* Provide information about services and products, schedule appointments for sales consultations, and handle call transfers
* Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate interest, using CRM systems to track leads, collaborating with sales teams, and qualifying prospects for in-home consultations
* Follow communication scripts and adapt to different customer personalities to ensure consistent and positive experiences
** Who We’re Looking For:
*** Associates degree or equivalent required
* One to two years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
* A results-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone presence
* Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while on the phone
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a positive, empathetic attitude
* Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
* High level of reliability and punctuality
* Ability to identify areas for process improvement
* Calendar management/Scheduling
* Knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry is a plus!

Location:

Fredericksburg, Virginia  Full Time Position | $40 - $45K, plus bonus opportunities  8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
