Position: Full-Time Pediatric Dentist – Brand New Practice Opening Summer 2026 – Fredericksburg, VA

SALT Dental Partners is excited to announce a brand-new Pediatric Dentistry practice opening in the Summer of 2026 in the heart of Fredericksburg, VA. We are looking for a dedicated, growth-minded Pediatric Dentist to join us full‑time.

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Provide comprehensive oral health care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
  • Perform routine exams, preventive treatments (cleanings, fluoride, sealants), and restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, extractions)
  • Administer and monitor behavior management techniques, including nitrous oxide sedation, to ensure a comfortable experience for young patients
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care to promote long‑term dental health
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with parents and/or guardians
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with children and their families to build trust and ease dental anxiety
  • Collaborate with dental and office staff to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive patient experience
  • Stay current with the latest pediatric dental technologies, techniques, and best practices through continuing education
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and ethical dental care
Requirements:
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
  • Virginia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA certificate
  • Enthusiasm to grow a new practice and provide top‑tier pediatric care
