Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our growing team at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC) . This is a unique opportunity to help shape a community-focused NICU that prioritizes keeping families together, close to home.

• Call from home with in-house NNP coverage at night
• Week-on/week-off schedule for true work-life balance

• Staffing Model : 2 Neonatologists, 4.5 NNPs
• Coverage Includes :
  • Collaborative care of newborn nursery and Level III NICU patients
  • Attendance at deliveries
  • Education of RN/RTs as volume and acuity increase
• Schedule :
  Week-on/week-off, call from home

• 8-bed Level III NICU
• 10 LDR couplet care rooms
• Average Daily Census : 9â“11 (NICU/Nursery)
• Annual Deliveries : ~1,250
• In-house OB Hospitalists
