Anesthesiology Physician

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Nights, with a focus on 12-hour blocks (7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM)
• Patient Population: All Ages
• Location: Fredericksburg, VA

• Administer anesthetics to patients and oversee patient recovery
• Engage in solo cases and perform regional blocks if required
• Collaborate within a medical direction model, overseeing CRNA practice
• Work with a mixed patient population, including pediatric and trauma cases

• Obtain AHA Certifications
• VA license required at time of submission
• Experience with Epic EMR systems beneficial

• Night shifts across multiple sites, with a minimum of 50 hours per week
• Open availability for weekend shifts preferred

• Proficient in performing blocks and managing complex cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
